The tricky part about choosing the right market is that it changes over the years. For example, we were hot on the buying prospects in Phoenix until 2005, when the bottom fell out of the market. We got out. Shortly thereafter the foreclosure mess hit the area in a big way, like it did so many other sunshine markets – southern California and Florida. But Phoenix is back now and it’s back with gusto.
